Exploring logistic regression with your simulation

Run the lesson for this unit and then:

1. What happens to your ability to recover the values when you cut your sample size in half? Double it?

2. Include another predictor from the bioclim data in your model (but not in the presence/absence process). What happens when you add a variable that doesn’t really have an effect on the process?

3. Now omit a predictor that you specified to have an effect on presence/absence from your statistical model? What happens when your model is missing a variable that contributes to the data-generating process.
